(Steve Delaney) We continue our series of conversations this month with some of the newly named heads of state agencies and departments. Governor Jim Douglas has tapped Charles Smith to run Vermont’s largest agency – Human Services. Smith comes to the job from his position as district president of Key Bank, and president of the United Way of Chittenden County. Mr. Smith, good morning, welcome to our program.
