(Steve Delaney) The biggest surprise among the new names in Governor Jim Douglas’s administration is that of James Morse. He already had what many would consider a very good job as a justice of the Vermont Supreme Court. But Thursday afternoon former Justice Morse was introduced as Commissioner Morse of the State Department of Social and Rehabilitative Services. James Morse, welcome to Morning Edition.
