(Steve Delaney) Continuing our series of conversation with new appointees to the Douglas administration, we’ll turn to the Agency of Transportation. Its new secretary is Patricia McDonald, who comes from the Department of Personnel, where she was commissioner. She’s also served as commissioner of Motor Vehicles and deputy commissioner of Education. Secretary McDonald, welcome to Morning Edition.
