Republican businessman Rich Tarrant has formally launched his campaign for the U.S. Senate, in a rally at St. Michael’s College in Colchester.
Tarrant faces former Air Force officer Greg Parke or Rutland in a September primary for the Republican nomination.
Tarrant recently spoke with VPR’s Steve Delaney about the some of the big issues before the country.
