(Steve Delaney) The Village of Saxton’s River is about to become the pattern on which a new kind of village center is going to be encouraged across Vermont. It’s an effort that uses state money to mirror the successful downtown programs that have promoted development in the middle of Vermont’s population centers. Right in the middle of the effort to get the designated village center program up and running is Greg Brown of the Agency of Commerce and Community development. Mr. Brown, welcome to Morning Edition.
