Marlboro College will bestow an honorary degree to Stephan Morse at the school’s commencement ceremonies this weekend. Morse was a member of the Vermont House of Representatives from 1977 to 1984, which included 4 years as Speaker of the House. He is currently CEO of the Windham Foundation, a non-profit organization in Grafton that among other things works to private financial support for education and private charities.
He recently spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about his honorary degree.
