Communities across Vermont are increasingly debating the potential merits and drawbacks of wind power projects. Tomorrow a community forum on wind development projects will take place in Montpelier. The aptly named Facing the Wind forum is sponsored by the group Building for Social Responsibility Tom Perry is BSR’s President. He spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the forum.
