In southern Vermont, efforts are underway to designate Vermont Route 9 between Brattleboro and Bennington as a scenic byway. There are some advantages to that designation. And Jim Sullivan is in the middle of that effort to get it done. He’s a transportation planner with the Bennington Regional Commission.
