The banking crisis that many believe is responsible for the economic recession is not complicated, if you ask William Black.

The professor of Economics and Law at the University of Missouri-Kansas City is author of the book "The Best Way to Rob a Bank is To Own One". He’ll explain his view of exactly how the turmoil came about when he visits Montpelier high school tonight.
