Sam Lloyd is among the many Vermonters who have reservations about the wind power proposals. He’s former legislator and member of the Environmental Board. He’s trying to stop a CVPS plan to build wind-powered generators along the Glebe Mountain ridgeline in Windham County. Mr. Lloyd, welcome to Morning Edition.
