Lt. Governor’s Race
The three major party candidates in the lieutenant governor’s race are exchanging sharp words after an effort to limit spending for their campaign fell through. Strawberry Season

National Guard Ceremony
Vermont Adjutant General Martha Rainville is presenting a check for $7,500 today to a Vietnam Veterans’ group. The money is Vermont’s share of the cost of building a memorial in Washington to those who died from service-related causes after returning from Vietnam. (AP)
