Lawyers Answer Survey on Judges

The Vermont Bar Association is surveying its members about the people who rule over them. The bar association recently sent out its first Vermont Trial Judge Feedback Survey to about 1,700 of its 2,100 members.

The questionnaire asks lawyers to identify the strengths of judges they practice in front of, as well as areas that need improvement.

Robert Paolini, VBA’s executive director, says the survey results for each judge will be shared only with that judge. The VBA says it wants to help Vermont judges be the best they can be.
