About 250 workers at an Ethan Allen furniture plant in Vermont are losing their jobs Friday.
The company announced the layoffs back in June. The workers are from Vermont and New Hampshire.
In January, the company reduced hours for most employees in Vermont. In February, 110 workers were laid off and 20 more were let go in March.
The laid-off workers are eligible for federal assistance, such as training, job search, and relocation allowances.
