A deputy prosecutor has been named state’s attorney in Caledonia County.
Gov. Jim Douglas announced the appointment of Lisa A. Warren on Monday, filling a post left vacant by the retirement of Bob Butterfield.
Warren, of Waterford, was most recently a deputy state’s attorney.
Douglas says her experience and her community involvement make her a good fit for the job. She says she wants to keep Caledonia County a safe place to live.
