There was a delicious, stick-to-the-ribs opportunity to celebrate this past weekend just north of the border. A poutine festival! Officially it’s known as Festival de la poutine de Drummondville. It’s like the Word’s Fair of this French fry, cheese curd, and brown gravy dish. Connoisseurs-or at least VPR’s Ric Cengeri-say it’s a little platter of heaven.
