New Hampshire Governor John Lynch will announce plans for a new state climate change task force today.
Lynch is giving the opening remarks at the Cool Air, Cool Planet’s Global Warming and Energy Solutions Conference this morning in Manchester.
After that, Lynch will launch the new Job Training Fund Web site at the opening of a meeting of his Jobs Cabinet. Gov. Lynch made re-establishment of the Job Training Fund a priority this past legislative session. The first Job Training matching fund grants will be awarded in November.
