The Vermont Public Service Board and Governor Jim Douglas are playing host to utility regulators from Macedonia Wednesday.
They and the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners are signing an agreement with the Macedonian delegation designed to foster information sharing about good utility regulation.
The republic in southeastern Europe is working to fine-tune its Energy Regulatory Commission, which regulates the electricity, heat and natural gas industries in Macedonia.
