Howard Dean was on national television three times yesterday, trying to get some traction back into his Presidential campaign; 200 more members of the Vermont National Guard were deployed this morning and are heading for security patrol in Iraq; a Rockingham agreement to buy the Bellows Falls dam and hydro-power station could complicate the state’s interest in purchasing a series of dams on the Connecticut and Deerfield Rivers; uproar in Patrick Leahy’s Senate Judiciary Committee over Republicans sneaking material out of Democrats’ computers and leaking it to conservative newspapers.
