How extensive is this week’s flood damage, and where will the money to fix it come from? In Washington the tussles between Congress and the White House continue, with Vermonters in the thick of it; an eyesore in the winning Springfield, the one in Vermont, is going to get a new coat of paint, thanks to “The Simpsons.” Elsewhere a documentary film on the internationally famous sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, who once worked in Cornish New Hampshire, will premier this evening at Dartmouth College.
