Senator Bernie Sanders outlines some new safeguards for troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan; Senator Patrick Leahy helped unveil six new, environmentally clean buses this morning that soon will be on the streets of northwestern Vermont; the U.S. Forest Service is preparing to remove five miles of roads and an illegal camp as part of the plan to create an additional 42-thousand acres of wilderness in the Green Mountain National Forest; Arizona Senator John McCain was in New Hampshire over the weekend, trying to revive a campaign for President in which there have been abrupt senior staff changes, a decline in campaign contributions, and a third-place showing in the early polls; Money Magazine has just selected Hanover, NH as one of its top ten places to live in the United States.
