The University of Vermont gets its biggest Federal grant ever, for medical research in genetics; Vermont prepares to use a new statewide voter checklist for the first time; in a ruling spurred in part by the actions of the Vermont Law School, the U.S. Supreme Court said unanimously today that colleges that accept federal money must allow military recruiters on campus; Brandon voters will decide whether to approve almost three million dollars in bonds to pay for general infrastructure repairs and upgrades to route seven.
