Vermont State Police say search teams have found two teenagers who got lost Monday while skiing at Killington. Authorities say 16-year-old Ed Urso and 15-year-old Alex Urso of Rye, New York, were in good condition when they were located this evening.
They had been reported missing last night after they failed to return to their family’s rented condo. Officials say attempts at using aircraft to help locate the two skiers had failed because of bad weather.
It’s not the first time this winter skiers have gotten lost at Killington. Last month search crews found two skiers after they spent 11 hours in sub-zero temperatures on the mountain.
