The Vermont Supreme Court says a 20-year-old Georgia man must stay in prison while he appeals his manslaughter conviction in the 2005 death of a farmer shot while sitting in his tractor; Most Windsor County police chiefs say they’ll continue taking marijuana cases to the local state’s attorney for prosecution; the Community College of Vermont is hoping move its Burlington campus to Winooski; a missing Vermont hunter has been found in western Maine, about 11 miles from where he was reported missing; Vermont was on display last night in Washington. After its long journey- the Green Mountain fir chosen as the Capitol Christmas tree is now lighting up the D.C. skyline.
