Vermont’s Department of Labor says the unemployment rate is continuing to decline-down to 4.8 percent in March. The Vermont Senate has endorsed its reapportionment map. But the proposal could face tough opposition in the House because the bill makes changes to the map that the House adopted for itself. Vermont’s Green Mountain National Forest has added another 120 acres from a parcel in Winhall and Manchester.
