Some Vermont towns are reporting that the lack of rain this summer has led to problems for many wells and springs that supply drinking water in rural parts of the state. Police have discovered a body in the woods near a St. Albans supermarket and they believe it to be that of 59-year-old Frederick Bemis, who disappeared several weeks ago.
