State utility regulators have fined Green Mountain Power for violating its permit to transport wind turbines to its project site in Lowell. A popular health insurance plan offered by Chambers Of Commerce is coming to an end and many local chambers are concerned that without the plan they may lose members. Test results show Vermont elementary and middle school students are getting better at writing, but math scores among high schoolers are troubling.
