This is Town Meeting Day in Vermont. And thousands of voters are debating issues at their meetings at this hour. Gov. Peter Shumlin is touring several towns, including Waterbury. In Tinmouth, there’s an unusual question on the ballot: Whether to give up the secret ballot and go back to an open floor vote. Voters are also helping decide the Republican presidential primary race.
