House budget writers will make their recommendation to the full House on Tuesday on changes to the $11 billion budget proposed by Gov. John Lynch.
The Finance Committee must report its recommendation in time for a briefing next week for House members. The House will vote on the budget as early as April 8.
The House and Senate must come up with a compromise budget by the end of June. The fiscal year starts July 1.
