A national research group says New Hampshire’s official election Web site is the worst in the country.

The election sites of all 50 states and the District of Columbia were rated by the Pew Center for the States, a nonprofit research group in Washington.

New Hampshire’s site scored 33 out of 100, making it 51st. Iowa was ranked best, at 77 points. Vermont scored 62 out of 100. The average was 58.

The report looked at whether the Web sites could be found easily and used by voters seeking information. Among other deficiencies, it said New Hampshire lists polling places, but does not include a locator for them, does not allow voters to confirm if they are registered and does not show sample ballots.
