A Bellows Falls pharmacist accused of forging prescriptions and stealing drugs has had his license suspended.
Gary Illingworth was the pharmacist manager at Brooks Pharmacy in Bellows Falls. He was allegedly spotted on surveillance cameras taking hydrocodone, a narcotic painkiller, and other drugs.
The Vermont Board of Pharmacy suspended his license in April.
