Police were sent to Bellows Falls Union High School yesterday after an anonymous 911 caller said three people were headed to the school with guns.

After the Bellows Falls Police department contacted school officials and determined the building to be safe, school officials decided to release students at their normal time, but all after-school activities were canceled.

Police and school officials say there are no others threats and no concerns about safety at the High School.  The incident is still under investigation.
