Vermont State Police are searching for 27-year-old man who escaped from the Vermont State Hospital.
Gregory Boereau reportedly jumped out of a window in an unsecured area of the hospital Sunday night, pushing a staff member who tried to stop him.
He is described as Haitian man, about 5-feet 4-inches tall and weighing 167 pounds.
Police said he was last seen wearing a dark orange jacket, blue jeans and a beige baseball hat and has braids on one side of his head.
Police said he could be dangerous if confronted and advise anyone who spots him to call the local police department.
