The Public Service Board has started hearings on a wind farm proposed for the Northeast Kingdom towns of Sheffield and Sutton.
About a dozen groups and Northeast Kingdom residents said they want to participate in the process.
Several home owners said they were concerned that the 400-foot wind towers would decrease property values and ruin the mountain views.
