Quebec Premier To Speak To VT College Graduation

Quebec Premier Jean Charest will deliver the commencement speech at Champlain College in Burlington, Vt., this spring.

The 52-year-old premier will speak to the graduating class May 7, and he and former Governor Jim Douglas will get honorary degrees at the ceremony.

Douglas will speak on behalf of honorary degree recipients at the ceremony, which will be held in Memorial Auditorium.

About 425 seniors will get their degrees that day.
