Rainville visits high school

The head of the Vermont National Guard spent much of this morning with students and parents at Twinfield Union High School, in Plainfield. Last week a National Guard soldier reported that she was harassed by teenagers off campus. Rainville says the Guard doesn’t consider the episode a big deal, and never intended to make the incident public.
