The drama surrounding a Town Manager for St. Johnsbury took another wild twist on Town Meeting Day.

Two select board members were replaced with new members in a vote that came just hours after the Select Board, including 2 of the members ousted from their jobs, voted to hire a new town manager to replace Ralph Nelson, who was fired last year.
