A top official at Central Vermont Public Service Corporation will work on former Governor Howard Dean’s presidential campaign. Robert Rogan is vice president for public affairs at CVPS, the state’s largest electric utility.
Later this month, he’ll join the Dean campaign as deputy campaign manager. Rogan joined CVPS in 1998. Before that, he worked for Governor Dean as deputy chief of staff.
