The second man accused of vandalizing a display at the Fairbanks Museum in St. Johnsbury almost four years ago has been arrested in Ohio. Thirty-six-year-old Roger Kinney of Dayton, Ohio, was picked up last Friday on a $100,000 arrest warrant.

Kinney is accused of throwing a chair from a balcony at the natural history museum onto a buffalo skeleton display in August 2000. Police say Kinney and 36-year-old James Boggs of Fairborn, Ohio, were hired to travel to Vermont to damage the piece that was on loan to the museum.

Boggs has pleaded no contest to burglary in exchange for a mostly suspended sentence and is cooperating with police. Kinney is currently being held at a jail in Wayne County, Ohio.
