(Host)  The attempted Christmas Day bombing of a Northwest Airlines jet has prompted a new round of congressional hearings focusing on airport security.

Senator Patrick Leahy, who chairs the Senate judiciary committee, has said he’s "very concerned" about the attack and the lack of communication that failed to stop it.

Leahy spoke with VPR’s Neal Charnoff about plans to hold a hearing on January 20th to address security-related issues.
