Some of the most astute and passionate star-gazers in the country will gather tomorrow for the 69th annual Convention of Amateur Telescope Makers at Breezy Hill in Springfield, Vermont. The three-day event features workshops, a keynote speaker from NASA, and a seriously competitive telescope-making competition.
