Storm ruled not a tornado

A storm that ripped through Florence Tuesday evening was not a tornado, according to the National Weather Service. Investigators with the Weather Service say the damage was caused by a severe thunderstorm. Winds reached speeds of 80-100 miles an hour and uprooted at least a hundred trees.
