Each year VPR’s news team fans out across the state to cover Town Meeting Day, one of New England’s most cherished democratic traditions. We’ll be looking into the issues that often bubble up from town meetings, and end up as hot issues in the Vermont legislature. School funding, development laws, “unfunded federal mandates” and more are sure to come up in town meetings around Vermont.
