Two Charged In Train Yard Graffiti

Two Vermont men are facing felony charges that they caused more than $100,000 worth of damage by spray painting murals on railroad cars and concrete overpasses in the White River Junction area.

Police say 23-year-old Brian Dow and 24-year-old Daniel Barmore, both of Hartford, were arrested Tuesday after police conducted an undercover operation.

Railroad officials say the cars must be repainted so automated tracking systems on the cars will work.

Police say they "applaud Dow’s artistic talent, but his choice of canvas was illegal."
