Two people have been indicted in New Hampshire on charges they stole money from relatives who were in nursing homes.
The attorney general’s office says 61-year-old Louis Melcher of Claremont was indicted in Sullivan County on charges that he diverted about 4-thousand-dollars of his stepfather’s income over six months. His stepfather lived in a nursing home and had appointed Melcher to manage his financial affairs.
Forty-year-old Cindy Solomon of Newmarket was indicted in Grafton County on charges that she took more than one-thousand-dollars of her brother’s income while he lived in a nursing home.
