Vermont State Police say two men were killed when their pickup truck went out of control on a highway in Swanton, rolled over several times and ejected both men.

Police identify the victims of Sunday morning’s accident as 21-yer-old Timothy Larivee of Franklin and 24-year-old Tyler Greeno of Swanton.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash on state Route 105. The road was closed for several hours after the crash just before 4 in the morning.

Both occupants were thrown out of the 2010 Toyota Tundra. The cause of the crash is under investigation but police say speed appears to have been a contributing factor.
