There’s a new head coach for the women’s basketball team at the University of Vermont. New coach Sharon Dawley has spent the past 10 years as an assistant coach at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
Dawley will replace UVM’s former women’s coach, Keith Cieplicki, who left in April to become head coach for the women’s team at Syracuse.
Over the past decade, the UVM’s women’s basketball program has been one of the most successful sports teams at the school.
