UVM ranked third most expensive public school

A new survey has found that the University of Vermont is one of the most expensive public universities in the country. The cost to Vermont students this year is $10,226. That makes it the third most expensive public university in the country. Penn State is the most expensive followed by Rutgers University in New Jersey. The rankings were done by USA Today. Tuition for Vermont students went up $900 this year – a 5.7 percent increase over last year.
