Dann Van Der Vliet runs the Vermont Business Initiative at UVM. Carl Beauregard, runs Beauregard Equipment with his brothers, and Cabot Orton, is part of a third generation to run the Vermont Country Store. They talk with VPR’s Jane Lindholm about the long and independent tradition of family business in Vermont and their many challenges.
