Congressman Peter Welch is going to be talking about his priorities for the lame-duck session.
Welch is planning to discuss the issues in Burlington today before he returns to Washington.
The Norwich Democrat will outline his efforts to pass a farm bill and the need to avoid what is being called the looming fiscal cliff of tax increases and dramatic budget cuts.
