Vermont State Police are investigating the death of a 17-year-old Whiting youth who died after his all-terrain vehicle went off the road.
Police say Tristan Quinn left on his ATV shortly after arriving home from work, and that family members became worried when he had failed to return as darkness approached Saturday and he couldn’t be reached on his cell phone.
A neighbor found him just off the Whiting-Leicester Road.
The Whiting Rescue Squad performed CPR but Quinn was declared dead later at Porter Hospital in Middlebury.
